Employchain is a data driven mobile recruiting app for Android and iOS. Pretty much like Tinder for jobs.
Our idea evolved throughout our startup journey. However, Employchain tries to eliminate all possible barriers between candidates and companies, which could prevent them from a better recruiting and job search experience.
Employchain provides a unique skill taxonomy that is tailored to the users’ education and to a local labour market. We focus on matching local job opportunities with local talents as early and easy as possible. This allows economies to grow and utilise local resources more efficiently.
We will implement a blockchain for an automatised validation of education and skills within candidates profiles. Our vision is a transparent, automatised and data driven labor market. We beliebe that writing a CV is obsolete and unneccessary waste of time.
Nobody knows, but hopefully better than today. Our values are transparency, equality and sustainability. We believe a labor market needs to be data driven in real time with special focus on peoples needs.
